Booths is a chain of upmarket supermarkets, operating around 30 stores in the north of England. Their focus is on quality locally sourced food and drink, attractive modern stores and first-class customer service. Booths enlist the services of our studio in Euxton to provide them with creative photography that is reflective of the quality of their goods and services.
Each year, the customers of Booths eagerly anticipate the release of the Booths Christmas Book; a high-end hard back presentation of the season’s festive offerings. The book is packed full of enticing fresh and pre-prepared food, drinks, recipes and festive gifts. Working closely with their marketing team, we were given the task of designing, building and lighting a multitude of sets for all the imagery in the book.
Our photography also features in a number of other publications produced by Booths throughout the year; including a quarterly magazine, promotional marketing material (online and print) and recipe cards. These shoots are often carried out 6 months in advance of going to press. A recent shoot for a summer publication required us to build a real garden in our studio – including 25m² of real turf and a flower border – due to the inclement weather at the time.
